All prices are in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. The tea products included in the subscription packages are zero rated for VAT, so VAT is not chargeable on the products.
Repartea is a monthly delivery service, paid monthly (except for gift subscriptions which are paid in a lump sum in advance). No payment will be taken at the time when a customer sets up a new monthly subscription. The first payment will be taken on the 1st day of the following month, and the delivery for that month will take place shortly afterwards, typically within a few days. Subsequent payments will be taken on the first day of each following month, and each monthly delivery will be dispatched typically within a few days of payment.
The customer can cancel the subscription at any time at no cost. The customer may also pause the subscription until further notice, or skip a month’s payment and delivery and automatically resume the subscription the following month.
Deliveries will only be sent if the payment for the month in question has been taken successfully, and will not be sent if attempts to take payment for the month have been unsuccessful. In the event of an unsuccessful attempt to take payment, we will make several further attempts to take payment at intervals of days. We will notify the customer of each unsuccessful attempt via email.
Although Repartea offers customers the ability to choose specific teas for their monthly deliveries, we cannot always guarantee that the teas chosen will be available, in the event that a product is out of stock. If this happens, we will send the next preferred tea or teas according to the customer’s defined preferences.
